Membership – Application / Renewal Form

    I wish to join or renew with Friends of Hong Kong Museum of Art under the following category of membership:

    New Membership
    Renew Membership
    Single $600 per year
    Joint $1,000 per year
    (You and your spouse / partner)
    Young $300 per year
    (Individuals aged 30 and below with ID proof)
    Patron $50,000 per year
    (Complimentary access to all events and activities in Hong Kong, including the AGM)

    Membership is effective for each calendar year, from January to December
